Three-Phase Integration Strategy: Gradual integration over three years:
- Phase 1 – Economic Integration (2025-2026): Cost-saving collaborations, centralized referrals, discount cards, shared benefits. Members retain full ownership.
- Phase 2 – Operational Integration (2026-2027): Deeper collaboration, unified brand, service standardization, quality improvement.
- Phase 3 – Corporate Integration (2027-2028): Optional equity consolidation, full merger, and pan-African expansion.
